Tameka Loses Emergency Custody Hearing; Gets Hug from Usher

*Tameka Foster has lost her attempt to gain primary custody of her two sons with ex-husband Usher after one of them nearly drowned in a pool accident at the singer’s home.

Tameka was attempting to wrest primary custody away from Usher, claiming he isn't an attentive father – but the judge dismissed Foster’s request.

After the ruling, Usher and Tameka embraced in the courtroom.

During questioning, Tameka sobbed while talking about her son Usher Raymond V’s accident, saying she didn't know if her child suffered permanent brain or heart damage. Tameka also testified that she was told the boy was under water for 30 seconds but believes he was actually under water for 3 minutes.

Usher’s lawyer said Tameka is guilty of an “abuse of process” by exploiting her son’s pool accident for publicity in order to garner sympathy for her case. His lawyer said the singer’s Aunt Rena, who was caring for Usher V when the pool accident occurred, is a “very attentive and wonderful person” who has helped take care of Usher’s children since they were born.

Tameka testified that the 911 tape of Aunt Rena reporting the accident proves she has no control over the kids.

Despite Tameka’s characterization, Usher’s lawyer said Aunt Rena is a “hero.” And Usher is a “wonderful, responsible, and caring parent.”

Aunt Rena took the stand, saying she cared for Usher’s kids for years and Tameka never had a problem with it until now.

Maxwell Mad at Fans of Color who Criticize His Instagram Pics of White Women

*Singer Maxwell loves to post pictures on his Instagram of beautiful women but the problem some fans have is that none of them (women/fans) seem to be of color.

During the singer’s travels, he is seen with a lot of different people and never hesitates to capture the moments. But after a barrage of pictures featuring only European women (see below)  found their way onto Maxwell’s timeline, his fans begin to question him, accordig to Madamenoire

A few of the comments included the following:

“Here we go again with the white girls SMH Let’s see some Beautiful African Women”

“Ewww where are the beautiful sisters”

“No hate, but there is a lack of diversity and they are sooooooo skinny. #neverleaveoutyourcorefanbase”

“I’ve been Swallowed that pill.. For a about a month now you will not see him with NO women of color and this girl has her legs wide open?? Oh well to each his own SMH”

Well, it seems the negative comments didn’t sit to well with Maxwell, as he fired back a shot of his own with this caption:

“you’re using me to get a look, get a skill get a man and find a life!”

“sick if som of you chiming in on my friends and Insulting them with racists comments you know nothing you assume everything and you should know better and worship is for GOD not me so sit down”

“I don’t give a f**k I’m putting ever[sic] type a girl in my Instagram go f**k yourself if you’re a racists[sic] a**hole!!!!”

Many of his followers came to his defense insisting that the star is free to date, be friends and take pictures with whomever he chooses.

And after the run-in, when posting pictures, the singer dubbed it “non-racist day” saying, “happy non-racist day love everybody” and “happy love everybody day” using hashtags, #happyloveeverybodyday and #noracismallowed.”

Why are people tripping about Beyonce’s new pixie hair cut? Yes, the look unveiled on Instagram Wednesday is a radically different one for Mrs. Jayz

 But this is 2013. By tomorrow, she could go right back to the long, blonde mane she's famous for. What da Heck, she may even be back to flipping all that long hair around even as I type this blog post. 

Wigs, weaves and hair pieces make switching your style so easy these days. I'll bet Queen Bootylicious has a closet full of blonde hair that she's crazy in love with. All in different shades of blonde or various lengths.

 It's gotten so that having extra hair options on hand these days is kind of like having a closet full of shoes. Variety is king. You're not stuck with whatever nature gave you. And if an accident happens like when Beyonce got her hair caught in a fan recently while performing earlier this summer, it's no big thing. (check out the video below. lol!)
